OUR RIVERSIDE RETREAT W/PRIVATE HOT TUB - OPEN YEAR ROUND

It's time to sit back, relax and enjoy time at our Riverside Retreat and watch the boats go down the Vermilion River from the front deck. Our vacation retreat sleeps 2-3 comfortably, possibly 4&5 people. We also welcome 1 med or 2 small dogs for $100/stay. Our newly renovated home is fully furnished and equipped with wi-fi, air conditioning, all kitchen appliances and fully stocked. The front deck offers an awesome view of the Vermilion River furnished to relax and enjoy. (Please note we are NOT located riverfront, our house is a across the street from the river, but we have an awesome, unobstructed view of the river and we do NOT have a boat dock, but can furnish information on public marinas in the area). The back deck is also fully furnished including a hot tub and both a charcoal and propane grill. The Master Bedroom has another breathtaking view of the river with a futon to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The Spa-like Master Bath located between the Master Bedroom and the 2nd Bedroom (which has a trundle bed that sleeps one or two) has a new jetted tub and is also a very spa-like escape. PLEASE NOTE - DO NOT CHANGE ANY DECOR, FURNITURE OR FIXTURES (DO THAT IN YOUR OWN HOUSE). IF YOU DO, TAKE PICTURES BEFORE AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK THE WAY IT WAS FOUND! IF WE FIND OUR HOUSE CHANGED
IN ANY WAY, WE WILL CHARGE YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT FOR ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND STAGING FEES TO PUT THE HOUSE BACK THE WAY WE (THE OWNERS) HAD IT! IF YOU BREAK SOMETHING, DON'T LEAVE IT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO FIND, PLEASE LET US KNOW SO IT CAN BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY.

ALSO NOTE: THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO FISH CLEANING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY ANYWHERE OR IN THE HOUSE. IF WE FIND EVIDENCE AFTER YOUR STAY THAT YOU DID, WE WILL CHARGE YOU A $150.00 FEE OUT OF YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT.
