Boasting amazing architecture such as vaulted ceilings and spectacular views from a screened balcony, the Aruba is also perfect for vacationers who have children because there's a crib and a highchair included in the villa. Plus, it has two full bathrooms - the master bath featuring dual sinks and a separate shower and a tub. Sleeping space is certainly not short in the Aruba, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa in the living room that opens into a queen-sized bed to make sleeping six people comfortably an easy task. The Aruba also features a large and fully-equipped kitchen which has all major appliances and also includes crockery, cookware, utensils and glassware so families can enjoy meals together in the dining area. While the condo was roomy and the beds were comfortable, the living room furniture was very old and uncomfortable. The stove and dishwasher should be replaced. The carpet is extremely wrinkled up. ( I did request that the carpets be shampooed and they did that )
The security gate was often not staffed. One had to enter a code posted at the gate that ANYONE could have punched in.
There does not appear to be any recourse for dangerous or inconsiderate behavior. Sports teams were staying there and they were inconsiderate of other guests and conducted themselves in a way that was often dangerous, for example, they were diving into 5 feet of water where it was clearly ,raked “no diving”
The complex overall is pleasant, the pool is well cared for and the location is convenient.
Unfortunately, somehow I was charged fees by both Vacasa and VRBO.
I am not happy.

This location exceeded my expectations! The condo was spacious! Plenty of room for my family of 5. I love sipping espresso (from the lobby!) on the patio! This unit is close to the lobby and pool area - very convenient! I used the in-condo washer/drier - this was much appreciated after several days on the road. My son loved watching the geckos on the patio! We went to Walt Disney World 2 days during our stay.
This location was SO convenient! It was an easy/little traffic drive to WDW. We visited the local grocery store (Publix) and Target. These were just a short drive away. We ate breakfast and lunch in our unit - so nice after eating out so much earlier in our trip! There was a highchair and pack 'n play in the condo. The closet off the kids' (twin bed) room was large enough that it could act as a separate room for infant/toddler/teen nap if a separate space was needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! We all slept well! The room was quiet - we didn't hear any noise from above our unit. My kids enjoyed the pool - water was warm with plenty of room to swim and play. The pond adjacent to the pool was beautiful! We needed help with our TV remotes. I mentioned it to the front desk. Within 10 minutes someone from maintenance had arrived to help us. April at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable! She was able to answer my questions and even able to provide some activity suggestions for us. She exemplified excellent customer service! I would definitely stay here again!
