The main entry leads into a beautifully updated country kitchen with granite countertops and spacious great room overlooking the lake. For meals, guests can gather at the dining table and sit family style, or lounge at the island bar on one of the stools.

Great house/location and we enjoyed our stay! Would suggest additional seating in the living room. House should be able to accommodate seating for the maximum number of occupants. Should not have to have adults 50+ in ages sitting on the floor or kitchen chairs - not comfortable. Would also like to suggest that the listing specifically point out that the room with the bunk beds is definitely for children. One of our guests had to sleep on the couch due to the fact that the top bunk was only for children under 80 lbs. There was one thing that we felt was inappropriate behavior. The agency was kind enough to stop by the house and turn on the gas fireplace for us which we greatly enjoyed. However, when we returned to the house we found that all our food, ect that we had on the kitchen island had been moved to the kitchen counter. This may not appear to be a significant finding, but given the fact that we are all living through the pandemic that is COVID-19, personal items should not be touched. At the end of the day we would certainly rent this house again as well as favorably recommed to others to enjoy as well. Thank you!

The scenery looking at the Lake was amazing. Even though you had to cross the road to get to the Lake it was a Great View.
Very spacious for our group. Having 3 Bathrooms were awesome to have. We all would stay there again.

Cozy, clean, comfortable home for the 6 of us to stay with the most incredible view of Seneca Lake. We were all very happy with the house and location and would definitely stay again.

I have rented many homes through HomeAway and VRBO and owners always give a better experience than property managers.
Property is in need of many repairs. The people that clean the home can easily see this and report back.
Everything provided was at a minimum. No hand soap in the bathrooms, during COVID this should be a standard. We like to clean up after ourselves frequently during our stay, There was no broom or dustpan to do so.
Of the three full bathrooms only one shower worked properly. In the master bath shower head was loose and we found out later there was a major leak coming from the shower through the ceiling fan to the living room floor. The second shower continuously leaked and the handle was so stiff we thought it would break if we try to operate it. Again the cleaning crew would have noticed this.
The dining room chairs were old and rickety. The backrest of one of the chairs separated.
The kitchen overall was OK. But there was a lack of cookware which limited you. They could use a few more pots and pans. The cutlery was an embarrassment to say the least. I used a fishing knife to do most of the cutting which was sharper than anything in the house.
I don’t consider a Keurig a coffee maker when there’s more than two people drinking coffee. The K-cups polite the environment. It would’ve been helpful to be more descriptive. I went out and bought a coffee maker and filters.
They never mentioned anything about the noise coming from the road if you have a window open. There’s a constant flow of traffic, not what I want to hear when on vacation.
The fees from Finger Lakes Premier properties was gouging. Owners provide better homes and services.
