In a brand new development, this is a sleek and modern condo where you can put your feet up after exploring Nashville all day. We're 1.5 miles from Broadway and right in the heart of the up and coming arty neighborhood, Wedgewood Houston. Award winning restaurants, hip bar and amazing sandwich shop a stones throw away. Corsair Distillery tasting room and tour facility less the one mile away. Beautiful newly built one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in trendy Wedgewood Houston. Spacious kitchen and open living room area. Minutes from downtown! Please note, this is an unfurnished long term rental.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Photo ID verification is required within 24 hours of the booking for a reservation to be considered valid. An email and text will be sent to the guest regarding Identity Verification upon booking. Guest has 24 hours to provide the identification required by the payment processor for the reservation to be validated.
HOUSE RULES:
No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found.
Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint.
For guest's safety, we do not allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee.
If pets are allowed, please make sure to pick up your pet litter, or extra cleaning charges will apply.
If you require us to come to the property as you are locked out, it is a $150 lockout service fee, plus the parts & labor to replace the key/door, if necessary.
Booking guests must be minimum of 21 years old.
Please make sure your vehicle(s) and the place is properly locked up and any of your valuables are not left out to ensure the safety and security of all. We are not responsible for any loss in property.
