Boasting more than 1,200 square feet of space, the 3-bedroom Abacos villa at Bahama Bay Resort & Spa are ideal for family vacations or group getaways. Comfortable KING size bed in master bedroom and queen size in first guest bedroom, while the second guest bedroom features two twin beds. This Abacos villa features two full bathrooms, each with stunning walk-in tile showers, tall vanities with marble tops & ADA height toilets. Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator with an ice maker, oven, stove and microwave, and includes cookware, utensils and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living room-dining room area with new leather reclining couch and loveseat. Guests can take in the majestic scenery of the nature pond from a screened balcony with tables and chairs. An in-unit laundry room means guests can wash clothes while watching a 56" smart screen TV in the living room or bedrooms, or while keeping an eye on the little ones in the crib and highchair included in the unit.
This condo is perfectly situated in building 19, overlooking the pond and nature trail, and a very short walk to Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, pool, sand beach and the fishing pier located on beautiful Lake Davenport. This condo is conveniently located close to theme parks and major attractions, yet once you return to the resort, you can leave the hustle and bustle behind and unwind in peace and comfort.

Motorcycles are permitted but may not remain on a trailer.
Trailers of any kind, RVs, and jet skis are not allowed. Commercial or logo-marked vehicles are also prohibited unless they are actively providing service or making a delivery.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice and clean Property! I was visiting from DC and wanted to find a location not too far from the parks and family. A little out of the way for some things but definitely worth it. My family and had a great time… we definitely will be back :)

Bahama Bay was perfect for our family spring break. Staff was so friendly and helpful. From front desk, Tradewinds restaurant, market, housekeeping, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The condo was lovely and clean. Everything we needed was there. Spacious yet homey. The view of the lake and nature trail was probably our favorite part. So peaceful all day and evening. The pools were fun and lively without being too full. We always found chairs enough for our group whenever we went to swim. The drinks and food were yummy and so reasonably priced! The beach area was a lot of fun too. We have usually stayed at Westgate villas but Bahama Bay was way better in our opinion. Not overcrowded like Westgate has been the last few times we've been there. Our new favorite place in Orlando. We plan on going back hopefully later this summer and will recommend all our family and friends to visit as well. Keep up the good work guys!
