The Sea Horse Villa is set in the beautiful Shoy's Estates overlooking The Buccaneer Resort and Golf Course where you can view the incredible views of the sun setting into the mountains to the west.
Conveniently located within a short drive to restaurants, golf, and the historic town of Christiansted, and just minutes from the sandy beach of Shoys, the Sea Horse Villa offers the best of the Caribbean all within a private, gated community.
This home features a MAIN HOUSE completed of a Living Room/Kitchen/Dining Area and a Primary Suite all on the same level. Step out on to our spacious pool deck to relax and take in the views. Only a few steps down into your private pool overlooking the island. Equipped with everything you need for a perfect day at the pool or a night in to grill.
Our two GUEST SUITES are located just off the pool deck, accessed by a separate outside staircase. With a shared balcony, these Two Guest Suites are side by side, but each equipped with their own Private Bedroom and Private Bath.
The GUEST HOUSE is accessible by a private entrance that is just a quick walk down the driveway to the lower level. Not only is the are fully equipped with its own Private Bedroom and Bathroom, but it includes a separate living space and kitchenette for guests. Step outside the space and enjoy the views on your own outdoor seating on your private balcony.
Enjoy your day soaking in the sun and swimming at your own private pool all while taking in some of the islands most breathtaking views. Or go explore the island for the day! Visit 3 beaches within a 5-minute car drive. Watch the sunrise from the Easternmost point of the United States at Point Udall. Hike at Annaly tide pools in Carambola. Drive through the rainforest. Our family, 6 people, had a lovely stay over the holidays. The home is in a safe central location. David the property manager was very nice. The home was well stocked with basic soap, paper products, beach towels, and kitchen equipment. They even had a Christmas tree for us. We will definitely look at staying next time!

Our family of 6 gathered at Sea Horse Villa for a week over spring break to visit with our adult daughter who has moved to St. Croix. We had two 15 year olds, two 28 year olds and two 55 year olds. The house has a wonderful layout that allows four separate private suite experiences and one central gathering space plus the pool area. Perfect set up for us! We loved that the grocery was 3 minutes away, downtown Christensted only a couple of minutes further, and the Buccaneer resort beach a simple downhill drive. Owner communication was clear and easy (and we planned many months in advance), we were welcomed by David and a GORGEOUS welcome basked which we fully consumed. Perfect level of privacy along with the feeling that David was available if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this property!
