About this apartment rental
You are in the heart of Siesta Key - one of the most popular destinations in America due to its powdery white quartz-crystal sand. This newly remodeled coastal feel unit can easily accommodate 3 couples/2 families having 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms as well as a bonus room and a 9' screened in lanai.
In the primary bedroom there is a king size bed with a walk-in shower. A marina view can be seen from the master bedroom. Wood flooring throughout. Flat screen TV with HD cable.
The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a flat screen Roku TV. Great water view from this guest room! Outside of the bedroom is the guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
In the 3rd guest bedroom is a queen size bed. This bedroom also has a walk-in shower.
All bedding and bath towels provided.
Updated marble kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Three bar stools add to counter seating in the kitchen. The condo is set up with an open concept. Dining room has a large table with 6 chairs. In the living room there is a white modern Natuzzi leather sectional, flat screen TV with HD cable.
The bonus room has a high top table for 3 with a view of Sarasota Bay, along with a couch and chair. Ideal space for reading a great book or playing a few board games.
A covered parking spot is included in the rental of this unit. Free password protected Wi-Fi in the condo.

When we booked the property we thought there would be closer/easier beach access. There was sand on all the floors when we checked in but other than that it was clean. The washer/dryer on the floor was ok but had problems with the app and will never use that app again!

The condo we rented was as described. It was very clean and updated. However, there was minor issues regarding a slow draining sink, broken closet door and hurricane damage to porch screen. Also, property management never told us the sauna, steam , exercise room was being renovated during our stay. Future renters should be aware that the pool area for the size of property is small. This will be a problem during busy season. Several times we were unable to get pool chairs. Bottom line, the condo is beautiful but property management should address communication. My emails via VRBO went unanswered.

The place looked exactly like the pictures. Our family of six was very comfortable staying there. The owners even provided 4 beach chairs and umbrella to used for the beach. We purchased a cooler and some beach toys for the kids, we left them there for the next family to enjoy.
