Coastal colors create a peaceful escape within this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium. Located on the 5th floor of Phoenix VII, the beach retreat sleeps nine.

· Lovely dining area seat six around glass-topped table and two at kitchen counter
· King size bed and flat screen television in master bedroom decorated in beautiful coastal colors
. Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom along with a double twin bunk
· Master bathroom features extended vanity and combination shower and tub
· Stacked washer and dryer
· Table and chairs on balcony with fabulous Gulf front view
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Everything was as described and expected. Only minor complaint would be that main bedroom television had no working cable signal so couldn't watch any TV in our bedroom. We didn't request assistance with that until stay was nearly over. We would stay again.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay! We loved our view and our time! Only negative was the floor above us seemed to move furniture or something all night! Other than that it was awesome!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. A couple of things were broken, DVD player, closet handle, ice maker kept jamming up. Also, not very thoroughly cleaned. We found trash under the beds and in cabinets/drawers, but it didn’t ruin our experience.
