This property is very nice the location is great ,close to everything we like to do. But the parking and enforcement of the parking rules left a lot to be desired. If every unit had 2 vehicles there was enough spots for everyone. Also seen local people parking in empty spots and walked to the beach. Also on Saturday during check- in times the parking lot had several car belonging to the cleaning staff.

PARKING UGH! One assigned space per unit. Like ten spots too side but they get taken quickly. Unit wasn’t cleaned well but that’s today’s service industry. Unit was well equipped, spacious and very nice.

The condo pictures disguised a multitude of broken, torn, stained and not clean condo items. We requested at least a refund of cleaning fee and they did do that. Ponce area has a lot to offer! The lighthouse is amazing. Nice rentals around like a catamaran boat ride.
