The Perthshire House (TPH) is a beautiful older home, lovingly cared for and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and accommodating to guest needs. Host Charles is super responsive to messages. Highly recommend “From Scratch” Italian restaurant a short walk don the hill! Our group had 4 rooms and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

The host was quick yo respond to my qiestions and the directions he provided for location, check in, etc was easy and spot on. Living area was comfortable and the small deck on back was lovely for a sit and glass of wine.
