Recently 100% renovated with premium accommodations. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, great room with gas fireplace, large dining table, gourmet kitchen, game room. theater room. Sleeps up to 20 people. 8 TV's and DVD's, game system, wii Rock Band, wifi, arcade system, pool table, electronic dart board, bar with kitchen, full laundry room. Lots of games & DVD's for indoor use.
A variety of great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. A new outdoor Adventure park, TreeRunner Adventure Park is now open in nearby Westfield offering ziplines and climbing courses. Skylake Adventures, a 126 acre year around nature based theme park with a lake, water obstacles and tubing will be open in 2026 located in nearby Sheridan, a 10 minute drive.
Kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you will need to cook and dine with your group. We even provide plastic wrap, aluminum foil, parchment paper, paper towels, garbage bags and plastic storage bags so you just bring your food and beverages. We also provide a variety of spices for you to use.
So many areas to enjoy outside! Relax on the front patio listening to the sound of the waterfall and watching the fish in the pond. Or hang out by the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Enjoy the sand beach near the water. Lounge on the huge back deck with a teak table that can sit up to 15 people, a large L shape outdoor sofa and space to play cornhole comfortably! Or escape to the upper deck off the master bedroom that makes it seem like you are in a tree house.
All outdoor equipment provided to enjoy the grounds and lake. 7 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, lily pad, yard games, outdoor seating including L couch on back deck, lounge chairs, multiple chairs, fire pit area. Boat dock to moor your own boat. Large Natural gas grill is located on back deck and no propane or charcoal needed!

We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed all the space for our large family of 3 generations to enjoy safe and comfortably. It’s a lot of property and house to care for but the host has thought of everything. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. With everything being clean and well laid out we could immediately feel comfortable to start having fun and enjoying ourselves.

My extended family of 13 found this home to be a great place to spend time together. The house is spacious and comfortably arranged. The kitchen is better stocked than my own. Everything has been thought out, planned, and left for you, even welcome snacks. We especially loved sitting outside with a great view of the lake and wildlife, and fishing. We caught lots of bluegill and whopper sized catfish over and over, just from the dock and edge of the yard. Some of us also kayaked for the first time. Lori is such a gracious host and very easy to communicate with. She also went out of her way to return left behind items to us after our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend everyone else does too! 10/10, no notes!

We had an amazing stay here! We spent a wonderful weekend with extended family, and we couldn't have asked for better! We take this trip every year, and this property was by far our favorite!! Our group has a wide variety of ages, and there was something for everyone to do. Kayaking and paddleboarding was a huge hit for everyone! We also got to fish, relax on the huge deck, grill a delicious dinner, have S'mores and hangout by the fire pit and wrap up the evenings with pool, board games and movies in the theater room. We had no need to leave the house and everyone was entertained all weekend. It was truly an amazing time! The kitchen was stocked with every kind of dish and utensil you could possibly need! There were even treats and coffee pods available for use! Lori is a fantastic host! We had some questions before we even booked and she responded quickly and was very accommodating from the get go. We never had any issues getting in contact with her and she was so helpful and kind. We usually try to visit a different place every year, but within a few hours of being there we already decided we can't wait to come back!
