About this house rental
Cozy house is 600 sf in a quiet town. Free parking, private entrance . Less than 1 mile to the grocery store, gas stations, schools, post office, restaurants, coffee shop. 3 miles to Chobani and Cliff Bar Factories. 6 miles to shoshone falls. 10 miles to Twin Falls airport, Hospital, Perrine Bridge, magic valley mall. stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, full bath, washer & dryer, soft water, TV and WIFI etc are ready for you. Long term Great Saving. An optional crib is available for an infant or a toddler, please ask for it when you need it.
Please check out our local restaurants. Monterey Jack's Pizza who has been in business over 40 years in Kimberly, and has a special sauce you would love. Cactus Grill and bar's steak night and other special events , you don't want to miss out. Ying is and excellent hostess and her properties are well kept and very comfortable. She goes out of her way to make you feel at home and appreciated. This home away from home was just what I needed!

The little personal touches were so appreciated, and Ying was very personable, and a wonderful host! This was a very quiet and quaint little cottage, and perfect for my husband and I. We had such a wonderful stay in Kimberly and hope to return some day.

Ying activitely displays the gift of hospitality to her guests. Everything about the cottage was as described, providing a comfortable environment. The neighborhood was quiet, and located close to everything you would need to complete your stay. I would definitely stay again whether for business or pleasure.

The Cozy Cotttage had everything we needed including an iron and ironing board. The host was awesome. We will be back.
