About this apartment rental
Peaceful and centrally-located THREE private full apartments. Apt 1 has 1b/1b, Apt 2 has 1 bedroom/1 sofa bed/1 bath, Apt 3 has 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed/1 bath. Each unit has a dedicated entrance, full kitchen, and a living area. Each unit had outdoor space (apt 1- porch, apt 2- patio, and apt 3- large deck). FOUR dedicated parking spaces for convenience. The guest agrees to identity verification and STR agreement per the local STR ordinance.
We are always available to our guests by phone, text or email. We are available in person when needed.
There is potential for noise within normal limits.
If you are bringing pets, they must be included in the reservation (pet fee). Pets at the Flats enjoy a personal crate, pet bed, water/food bowls and bags. We are close to pet spas, daycare, and pet social opportunities. The neighborhood is pet friendly. We require pets to be leashed at all times when outdoors, and crated when unsupervised. All waste must be in bags and properly disposed.
House rules: No smoking of any kind, no vaping, no parties, no events, no pets. Registered guests only.
Check-in begins at 3pm and check-out is at 11AM
Late check-out for a fee (contact hosts)
Unauthorized vehicles will be charged $50 and are subject to towing at the expense of the guest.
All guests are expected to observe quiet hours.
Guest will add the profiles of other guests to the reservation
THREE private suite minutes drive to everything! Three separate apartments in a vibrant, quiet residential neighborhood near restaurants and essential shops. This specific Upper Westside neighborhood has an A+ rating on Niche. We are 1 mile to Westside Park, 8+ breweries, restaurants, parks, trails, and essential shops for you and your pet are nearby. GA Tech, GA State, SF ARENA, MB STADIUM, Truist Park, Midtown, Downtown, Buckhead, I-75/85, I-285 and several others are a short drive away.. The parking area is behind the house.
