This pleasant studio apartment of almost 35m² for 3 persons is located on the first floor, door 54 of the residence “Les 3 Iles”, beside the thalassotherapy center and only 20 meters from the first beach.
It includes:
-Entry with dressing,
-Living room with TV, folding bed of 140cm large and one bed of 90cm large,
-Equipped and modern kitchen (fridge, cooking plate, multifunction oven, dishwasher),
-Bathroom with washing machine and toilets,
Balcony with sea face, garden furniture. Beds with blankets and duvets.
Parking on the residence. No smoking location
Electric and water usage in extra charge (30€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26 September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 70€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.

Ce bien est parfait, la décoration et les équipements ont été choisi avec goût et sont qualitatifs. Tout y est !
La vue sur Belle Ile, le calme appréciable, la plage en face ! La résidence est très bien entretenue aussi bien intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.
Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable et le beau temps était avec nous. A refaire.
