If your personal insurance does not cover these risks, you can subscribe to our optional ADAR insurance, which covers your tenant liability, as well as any cancellation or interruption of your stay. The cost is 4% of the rental amount.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €5,000 is required upon arrival by Visa or Mastercard. Please ensure that your card limit allows this pre-authorization. The security deposit may also be secured via Swikly.
