You can easily get to the heart of Corsica by train or car: Corte and the Restonica, in Balagne: Ile Rousse, Calvi and the craftsmen's route or to the south: Solenzara, Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio.
Convenient access: Bastia port 5 km away, Bastia Poretta airport 15 km away.

The story:
We will be happy to welcome you to the Alivella. The oldest part of the house dates back about 400 years.
It is built on a rock. Its strategic location made it possible to monitor the sea and quickly see pirate ships. The inhabitants of the surrounding area then took refuge inside, well protected by the 1m50 thick walls! You can still make out the loopholes on the sea façade through which the villagers fired to defend themselves. It is believed that it is also from this time that the umbrella pine that dominates the property dates and is inventoried as one of the most beautiful in Corsica! More recently, the Alivella was part of a vast agricultural estate fed by a spring that produced fruit and vegetables for the Bastia market. However, the main activity of the estate was the cultivation of olive trees for their oil.
Now it is a family property where it is good to live and relax in the countryside and close to the amenities of the city of Bastia.
The Cabanon:
Beautiful studio room with sea view equipped with a 140 x 190 bed. An adjoining room hosts the kitchen area, a shower area and toilet. In front of the maisonette the dining area in the garden under the olive tree and facing the sea, barbecue and deckchairs. Independent access and private parking. 4G Wifi Internet Box in the property.

Arrival between 5 and 8 pm and departure before 10 am.
RESERVATION: Deposit: 25% upon reservation. Balance: upon handover of the keys.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: €500.

MANDATORY END-OF-STAY CLEANING: €50.
