About this house rental
The 1,500 m² fenced-in property, with a lawn and coconut trees, makes for a pleasant play area for children and includes a private, guarded parking lot that is lit at night. Space is available to park several vehicles.
Behind the house, there is a designated area for returning from the beach, complete with a shower, a deck for rinsing kitesurfing gear, and a drying rack.
The village center, a 200-meter walk along the beach, offers numerous restaurants (meat, fish, pizza, pasta, sushi, and refined Brazilian cuisine) and bars where you can enjoy a caipirinha and a coco verde at sunset. The village square, with its church and small shops, comes alive in the evening with a family-friendly atmosphere.
The beach opens onto a safe bay where the water is shallow for a long way out. For sports enthusiasts: paddleboarding in the river’s mangroves, kiteboarding and windsurfing spots, downwind trips lasting a day or several days—easily arranged on-site—kiteboarding lessons for all skill levels taught by certified instructors, and equipment rentals available at local clubs. Buggy rides along the beach and through the dunes. Day trips to enjoy grilled fish, lobsters, and shrimp fresh from the water.
Icarai is a small fishing village where you’ll find all the essentials, local crafts, and a laid-back lifestyle unique to this village.
The state of Ceará is suffering from drought. Water is SCARCE, so we must conserve it. There is no running water on our street, so a pump draws water from our well and stores it in a water tower on the roof. The water is then treated and is safe for domestic use. However, it’s best to drink bottled water. There are no specific tropical diseases, and no mandatory vaccinations. Be sure to protect yourself from the sun.
Amenities at Comfortable house, ocean view, large yard, amenities, 50 m from the beach, kitesurfing.
