Beautiful panoramic sea view property with infinity pool on the heights of Bastia - quiet a few minutes from the city center of Bastia:

3000m2 of garden under the shade of the large three-hundred-year-old pine.
An infinity pool with a panoramic view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the island of Elba and the Tuscan archipelago. You will stay in peace and serenity and will have easy access to the most beautiful sites of Upper Corsica: the Cap Corse, its villages, its seascapes, its mountains, its wild beaches of sand, rocks or pebbles and its American houses. You can easily get to the heart of Corsica by train or car: Corte and Restonica, in Balagne: Ile Rousse, Calvi and the craftsmen's route or to the south: Solenzara, Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio.
Convenient access: Bastia port 5 km away, Bastia Poretta airport 15 km away.

The story:
We will be happy to welcome you to the Alivella.
The oldest part of the house dates back about 400 years.
It is built on a rock. Its strategic location allowed
to watch the sea and quickly see pirate ships.
The inhabitants of the surrounding area then took refuge inside, well protected by the 1m50 thick walls! You can still make out the loopholes on the sea front through which the villagers fired to defend themselves. It is believed that it is also from this time that the umbrella pine that dominates the property dates and is inventoried as one of the most beautiful in Corsica! More recently, the Alivella was part of a vast agricultural estate fed by a spring that produced fruit and vegetables for the market in Bastia. However, the main activity of the estate was the cultivation of olive trees for their oil.
It is now a family property in which it is good to live and recharge your batteries in the countryside with a wonderful view!
The Bastion:
In the oldest part of the house dating from the eighteenth century. Accommodation of 50m2 on two floors. On the first floor, a fully vaulted living space. Living room function with sofa, dining room, kitchen area and sanitary facilities (large walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Upstairs, two bedrooms.
Walls from 80 cm to 1m50 thick and old waxed terracotta tiles on the floor in the bedrooms. Sea view at each opening, a crazy charm. Outside, dining area, barbecue and sink. Orange fiber internet.
The swimming pool is accessible exclusively to all residents of the property.
A space for one car in the parking lot is at your disposal.

Arrival between 5 and 8 pm and departure before 10 am.
RESERVATION: Deposit: 25% upon reservation. Balance: upon handover of the keys.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: €500.

MANDATORY END-OF-STAY CLEANING: €50.
Swimming pool accessible from May to September.
