Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und verfügt über eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Das gesamte Haus macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war herzlich. Ein Minuspunkt ist, dass das Haus etwas hellhörig ist.
