It is furnished with a sofa set (including a pull-out double sofa bed), a dining table with 4 chairs, a radio, and cable TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, and dishes and silverware for at least 6 people.

The southeast-facing balcony, furnished with a table and 4 chairs, is perfect for relaxing. Of course, the garden area is also available for use. Parking is available at the house. Pets are not allowed in this apartment!
