About this house rental
What can we say! This farmhouse is the result of our family’s hard work. Some time ago, we had an idea, and little by little we’ve been bringing it to life with just one thing in mind: that everyone who visits us has a wonderful time.
El Salero is one of the best rural accommodations in the Region of Murcia, and we’ve never stopped striving to improve the quality of our services so that our guests and friends feel delighted. Many of them have celebrated their weddings or other major life events at El Salero, and it’s their praise that encourages us to keep getting better.
Located 4 kilometers from El Sabinar and Campo de San Juan, in the municipality of Moratalla, next to the source of the Alhárabe River, the site consists of inland salt flats that have been in use since Iberian times (700 B.C.). In this setting of great beauty and tranquility, four rural cottages (sleeping 26) have been restored, where you can enjoy a few days of nature and relaxation.
The natural surroundings, featuring the historic Zacatín Salt Flats, make this a very special spot in the Region of Murcia. Add to that the fact that the district of Moratalla is undoubtedly the “lung” of the region and one of the top 10 most sought-after rural tourism destinations nationwide, and just 75 minutes from Murcia.
Enjoy soccer games on our grass field, cool summer nights by the pool, winter snows by the fire with good food and company, and the colors of fall while sitting undisturbed by any noise other than the air, water, or birds, and the starry skies free from any light pollution.

* Fully equipped kitchen.
* Bathroom.
* Living room with a fireplace.
We’ll provide you with plenty of firewood to enjoy in your fireplace or barbecue, and remember, we’ll be available throughout your stay for anything you need.
