A cozy and peaceful setting, very close to the renowned and lively town of Es Pujols and the famous beaches of Illetas—making it a strategic location from which you can reach the island’s most beautiful beaches in just a few minutes and get to Es Pujols in a minute by scooter in the evening. A very convenient market is just 50 meters away.
Two-room apartment completely renovated in the summer of 2022. Spacious double bedroom. Spacious living room with kitchenette and two sofa beds (comfortable mattresses). The living room also features a closet, allowing for two separate sleeping areas, as they are divided from the centrally located kitchen and bathroom. This two-room apartment is therefore also suitable for two couples.
The apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a two-story building and features a lovely, very livable outdoor terrace covered by a pergola and furnished with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop and all necessary cooking appliances. The building features a large communal garden of approximately 700 square meters.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (though not essential, as the space is naturally cool) and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
An ideal choice for those seeking a very peaceful setting, just a few hundred meters from the nightlife of Es Pujols. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of other homes and close by (50 meters) to a well-stocked grocery store. Private parking with a reserved parking space.

appartamento molto carino arredato con gusto e con tutto
cio' che si ha bisogno ..fantastico il terrazzino dove poter iniziare la giornata con una bella colazione all'ombra dei curatissimi oleandri
una bella camera matrimoniale , una cucina con tutto il necessario
bravissimo Mauro, che con precisione ha pure fornito un elenco di locali ancora tipici...

Bell'appartamento in una zona tranquilla. Comoda la veranda per mangiare all'aperto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Grazie a Mauro gentilissimo.... ci ha dato preziosi consigli anche sui ristoranti.

L’alloggio è esattamente come descritto, confortevole, rilassante e immerso nella natura. A pochi minuti di scooter da qualsiasi spiaggia si voglia raggiungere. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e con i loro consigli abbiamo trascorso una vacanza magica.

Soggiorno PERFETTO è dire poco!
Mauro persona super affidabile e seria, mi ha aiutato in tutte le scelte: dal motorino a noleggio, a come e dove spostarmi sull'isola e vari luoghi da visitare.
Casa con vista mare, pulita e molto piacevole sopratutto la terrazza dove poter fare colazione la mattina.
Vicinissimo al centro di Es Pujols, credo che quando ritornerò non avrò dubbi e tornerò qui sicuramente.
