If you are looking to enjoy a Mediterranean vacation in a renovated traditional Catalan house, this is the property for you!
Thanks to its privileged location, this traditional Catalan villa is just 50 meters from Segur de Calafell beach, as well as being close to shops, supermarkets, and the seafront promenade.
This accommodation has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a suite with its own private bathroom. The open-plan kitchen also has a dining area. The living room has retained the original appearance of a Catalan farmhouse, and thanks to its large windows on all sides, it enjoys pleasant natural light throughout the day. The ideal balance between modern and traditional.
At the main entrance, we find both the swimming pool and a large traditional Catalan-style barbecue, as well as a pleasant porch to enjoy at any time of day. At the rear of the house, there is another porch, but this time it is larger, ideal for family meals outdoors.
This property has ducted air conditioning in all rooms. In the living room, there is a separate air conditioning unit.

The house was very nice, spacious and clean. The swimmingpool was nice and the beach in a little walk was also very nice.
In the house there was a vacuum cleaner but a broom insite and outside the house would be fine. ( with a dustpan)

The house is very spacious and the garden all around the house, has enough room for 6 people. Modern house, that is very close to the beach. Supermarkets are nearby. The town it self, is about a 30 minut walk. The port is about a 10 minute walk and there are restaurants located.
More chairs for sun bathing and some relax chairs. Another advice, a garden shower. If you come from the beach, you can shower before you go into the pool.

We stayed one week - its a lovely house with a nice pool. One block to beach and about 20 mins walk to the center of everything. Car highly recommended to go to Stiges or other places. Parking on street not an issue for us in September. Building next door under construction, so a bit noisy at the pool. There was nothing in the house so you do need to go buy everything from water to paper towels to BBQ utensils.

Perfect location, modern kitchen and house interior, nice and clean pool.
If anything, More utilities in the kitchen (like glasses and BBQ fork)
