El precio con la buena ubicacion El deterioro de la casa (la puerta no cerraba, la llave para cerrarla iba mal), la limpieza (habia que fregar todo lo que ibas a usar, la tostadora no se podia usar de lo sucia que estaba, las balletas tuve que tirarlas y comprar otras, las fundas del sofá necesitaban una buena limpieza), la ducha era muy muy pequeña y no sin baldas para dejar el jabon, era poco comodo ducharse.
