We offer you this attractive 4 bedroom villa located in the popular area of Callao Salvaje. A fully equipped property situated all on one level, with multiple exclusive features and in a central location. We recommend this to a large variety of you holidaymakers.
Enter this villa via 2 steps, you will get a direct touch of a beautiful and bright accommodation. Consisting of modern furniture and charming decorations throughout this villa is in immaculate condition. The fully tiled kitchen is american style, the open planned lounge/diner are very spacious and there are also sea views from the dining area.
The prime terrace includes a rare pool shape, a unique pool bar area facing towards the heated pool with a sink, fridge and music speakers. This is a particular admirable feature giving you that little bit extra and experiencing the pleasure in having your own bar around your private pool! Also on the terrace is a purpose made BBQ with stunning sea & mountain views for you to indulge.
The manager of this property lives nearby. He is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout.
LOCATION DISCRIPTION;
Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.
This accommodation is 300 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.
Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
