Situated in a quiet and gated community with garden and communal pool, this south facing apartment enjoys plenty of sunlight through large windows and offers a private terrace with views over the swimming pool. The property is well furnished and provides guests with all of the essentials needed for a perfect holiday in the Sun.
Through the front door, guests will find a living room with attached bedroom and open plan kitchen. The living room is comfortably furnished, and includes an L-shaped sofa and flat screen TV. The double bed looks out to the greenery of the river to the East, and features blackout shutters that block out any sunlight through its surrounding windows.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all of the essential utensils and equipment expected of an excellent holiday property (fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc..).
The bathroom provides guests with a shower and toilet.
