This family home welcomes you to a peaceful, privileged setting for a relaxing stay with family or friends in Saint Briac sur Mer.
Located on the Emerald Coast, this former fishing village is ideally situated for exploring the most remarkable sites such as Mont Saint Michel, Cap Fréhel, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan and Cancale.
The house is less than a 10-minute bike ride from the centre of Saint Briac and the nearest beaches.
This cosy retreat has six bedrooms: one on the ground floor, three on the first floor and two on the second and top floor. All have their own bathroom and toilet.
A bedroom with a bunk bed for two children is also available on the first floor.
The bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TNT TVs, and Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying a convivial atmosphere.
You can also enjoy the warm and cosy living room for tea or a family evening.
A room adjoining the house with a view of the gardens and swimming pool can be used as a TV room, games room, yoga room or seminar room.
A laundry area is at your disposal with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside, the sunny terrace overlooks the garden and its large heated swimming pool (closed from 11/09/23 to 30/04/24).
The house has private, enclosed parking.
