Endless summer and winter activities abound right outside your front door. Enjoy the biking/walking path that crosses past this gorgeous, custom-built luxury home. Go left and follow the path to the most beautiful beach in Lake Tahoe (Sand Harbor) or go right and head to the Hyatt or one of Incline's well-renowned private beaches.
As you pull up the circular driveway and park under the Porte Cohere entrance you instantly feel like you are in Tahoe. The entry level offers a large living area that flows into the oversized kitchen ideally designed for entertaining. There is a stunning dining room just off of the kitchen area. Two large bedrooms are situated on the main level, one is a suite with its own full bathroom and sleeper sofa while the other is extra spacious with a full bathroom just outside the door.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms: one a suite with a full bathroom; the second a large bedroom with a king-size bed and bunk beds; and the master bedroom with a fireplace, private deck, and large bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in closet.
