About this villa rental
This modern villa is located in Sveta Nedjelja on the southern side of the island of Hvar. Thanks to its position it is a true oasis for a luxury family vacation, with a breath-taking sea view. Built in 2020, the house has a total living area of 240m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is 200m away from the sea and offers 2 private parking spaces. The split-level villa features a total of 4 modernly furnished bedrooms equipped with king-size beds, as well as 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers. Each room has its own terrace with sea view. The open concept ground floor features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen connected with the dining room, a modern living room with designer furniture and fire place, as well as a small washroom. In terms of interior design, a special emphasis is placed on natural materials, muted colour palette, and minimalist design. The living room extends onto a deck which features a swimming pool (6x5 m) with an outdoor shower, loungers, a dining table and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. Our guests can also use the wine cellar which offers the finest Croatian wines, most of which are locally produced.
A commercial berth can be rented in a nearby marina, some 200 metres away from the villa. Ideally secluded and tucked away from the busy roads, this Mediterranean oasis is a quiet retreat that offers unobtrusive luxury at its finest, allowing guests to enjoy, relax and spend an unforgettable vacation.
