About this house rental
This home provides you with a spacious living room/dining room combination with a beautiful view of the river. A fully equipped kitchen that provides all the necessities for up to 12 guests. A spacious Master w/a Queen bed, bath, walk in closet, 2 additional spacious bedrooms w/ Queen beds, walk in closets. 1 full guest bath. A large TV/hang out room w/a Queen hide-a-bed sofa/couch. This home can accommodate 8+ guest. A large deck to see up or down the River. A BBQ to enjoy the outdoors at meal time. Fire pit to enjoy in the evenings. Launch your boat and water toys in St. Marie's, drive up river to your dock, no hassles of launching/loading daily. Plenty of parking space for friends and family.
You can take a boat ride from your dock to the Coeur d'Alene Lake and enjoy the amenities located around the Lake.
We are pet friendly, gates installed to give peace of mind about keeping them on the property.
A septic drain field must be protected, please inquire of long loads (boats/campers). It is a long narrow driveway. Waterways on both sides of property. You will need instructions to maneuver safely on the property. There is an adjacent piece of property that is fenced off. This is not part of the property, it is not our property. Please do not use it as a turnaround or for extra parking.
We purchased this home for our retirement July 2019. It is a work in progress! It is a beautiful, peaceful place to vacation. You will enjoy it!!!
New Heating and A/C unit installed June 2021.
Upgrades for 2022 - New paint and flooring throughout. New toilets, new light fixtures, new furniture.
Upgrades are completed a little at a time.

Stayed for the weekend with some friends/family and also got married down the road. It was a perfect place to use as a bridal get ready place for an outdoor wedding.
