Enjoy ocean and waterway views from this comfortable townhouse only 1/4 block from the beach! Lots of outdoor deck space and plenty of parking for the family. Great location in town close to the beach, shopping and great local restaurants too!
Beautiful views, close to beach access, and comfortable living can all be yours at Down the Shore. Located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, Down the Shore is convenient to many local restaurants and unique shops.
This four-level townhouse features 3 bedrooms plus 3.5 bathrooms and affords each vacationer in your group enough space to relax and unwind.
On the main level, you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room, and large deck for relaxing and taking in the ocean breezes. The third floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathrooms. One of these queen bedrooms provides access to a large deck with ocean views. The washer and dryer can also be found in the closet on this level. The top level is the master suite with a King sized bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and its private deck with ocean and waterway views. The perfect spot to take in sunrise or sunset each day! On the ground level, there is an entry foyer and access to the back patio where the outdoor shower is available for a rinse-off after a fun-filled day out in the salt and sun.
Close to downtown Wrightsville Beach to explore local shops and restaurants (grocery, coffee shops, bars, art, donut shops, boutiques, ice cream, surf shops, etc.). While Down the Shore is close to the bustling center of the beach, it's also quietly nestled away near the end of a private street, so you can enjoy your choice of action or peace and quiet. Parking instructions:
Driveway parking for 3-4 depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

We were very pleased and enjoyed your property. The location was great-short walk to beach. The house was well supplied-beyond our expectations! The space was just right for the five of us and gave us opportunity for privacy when we wanted it. The porches were an added bonus even though the heat kept us from spending much time there. It was nice to have a covered area for the cars. Even though we had neighbors on both sides we weren’t bothered by noise and felt like we had enough privacy. Many wonderful memories were made!

We had the best time on this trip and the location was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and close to the bars and restaurants to walk.
