The building includes a 3 bedroom 2 bath, 1 bedroom 1 bath, a studio 1 with one bathroom, and dedicated parking spaces Each unit is uniquely designed by a rising local designer, with stylish beach décor. Porcelain tile, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils. Units also include a dining table that seats eight! The modern bathroom includes quartz counter tops, a walk-in shower with over-sized magnetic shower head, with both bath and beach towels. Bathrooms also include a hair dryer, steamer, iron and ironing board. The units include one king size bed, two full size beds, and one queen sleeper sofa. Every bed has a Plush pillow top mattress and 800 thread count linens with brand new flat screen TVs in every room. The private laundry room has two brand new Samsung front loader washers and dryers, as well as a 2nd set of linens for each bed. Laundry, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper are provided for your convivence. Our keyless entry makes it easy for you enjoy your vacation! The property is very clean and well appointed. Beds, pillows and linens all very comfortable.
The property is great for large family gatherings since it has three kitchens, ovens, refrigerators etc.
The location was very convenient to town and the beach.
Rhys and Jared very responsive to any needs or requests that we had.

The Sandy Shore was an excellent home for our family to gather and enjoy our vacation together! The pool was great and the location was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful to prepare family meals.

We loved our stay at The Sandy Shore! We had rented all 3 units and it was perfect for the various families in our group. The shared pool was the perfect place to congregate, but we still had separate spaces. The units were stocked with anything you could need. The location was perfect - short walk to an uncrowded beach. The rental process was very smooth and the owner was extremely helpful. Would recommend a stay here!
