About this apartment rental
This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Ideal for a couple or single needing to be close to various amenities and events such as Cabrini, Prince Alfred or the Grand Prix but still quiet for those necessary breaks. Leave your car at home. St Kilda is an exciting and vibrant area with many festivals and Music events. It is a major centre for Sport fans, walking distance to the Grand Prix, Beach front Triathlons and a 5 min tram ride to the Tennis. With a lovley deck out the back you can relax with a wine or a beer in the evening or have your breakfast. You have sole use of the apartment and shared access to the laundry which is just outside along the walkway to the rear. Washing is $3 (dollar coins) and $1 for Dry.

First the positives:
-Nice deck area
-Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, pots, pans
-Good location
-Easy self check in
-Fast and stable internet connection
-Tea and coffee provided
Sadly some negatives or stuff that isn't clearly mentioned on the listing description:
-Property was dirty when I arrived. Hair all over the bathroom, a dirty dish on the dish rack. I told Shelley (owner) straight away but she didn't send the cleaner again to rectify the issue so I ended up having to clean myself
-No allocated car park. I kept getting notes left on my car from the neighbours to please do not park where I was told by Shelley to park. I advised Shelley about the issue who told me she'd contact the body corporate. Then she stopped responding to my emails. Never heard back from her so then again I had to fix the issue myself
-No shampoo or body wash provided
-No hair dryer
-Laundry is shared and coin operated (this didn't bother me but it isn't specified on the listing description)
