The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple outdoor grills located on each side of complex as well. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.
* Please note Anchorage I is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in a designated area in the back parking lot (opposite side of ocean)
* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Anchorage I is located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the Downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.

Great location. Short walk to the beach which was not crowded at all. Loved using the pool each day as well. Appreciated the beach chairs that were provided in the condo. The place was adequate for our family of 5 with one family member using the sofa bed in the living room. Condo is close to restaurants, mini golf, go karts, and shopping. .

We traveled with our 16 and 19 year olds. The layout of the condo was great. I liked having a pool and the proximity to the private beach was amazing. We bought food for breakfast and lunch. The attractions in the area were a short(about 5-10 minutes) drive away. The beach was super clean and not crowded. The owners provided beach chairs and that saved us a lot of packing space. My only “ complaints “ would be that online it lists several restaurants as walking distance and that felt like a stretch. There was a very small bar next door in another complex. Also, I wish there were better window covers for the bedroom. There was a LOT of light coming in through the blinds in the master room. It was almost like we had a nightlight and we prefer dark for sleep. Bring a sleep mask. I would recommend this property with those disclosures.

We enjoyed our vacation. The Anchorage management staff were great and helpful. The pool was well kept and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. Only problem was rude, noisy kids for about 3 days. Management company took care of the problem. Additionally, people above us had very heavy feet and a dog and walked around (dog included) till after 12 at night. Had trouble sleeping.
