About this apartment rental

This spacious studio apartment ( built March 2020 )has a large living area/kitchen which is flooded with natural light and leads out to the room’s full length balcony. It has a well appointed bedroom and beautiful adjoining bathroom . There is a large wardrobe, separate toilet and hidden laundry. It is a short 5 minutes drive from Sawtell beach and 10 minutes drive from the Coffs Harbour Stadium. Situated 3 minutes from the highway, anywhere on the Coffs coast is accessible. Not accessible for wheelchairs or walkers due to stairs and pebbled walkway parking is on the street

Met the owner/manager - a lovely person and very helpful, as the pre-check-in communication went awry. Nice and easy to deal with, and any worries you may have about the accommodation abutting the main house, forget it, couldn’t even tell it was there!

Excellent property. Pleasant hosts. Everything you need is there. A beautifully designed and furnished apartment. It is listed as ‘on site’ parking. It is ‘on road’ parking outside the property. However there is no problem with finding a space.
