- The elevator is for handicapped use only. Access is arranged through the owner prior to the stay. Children are not to operate it at any time
- Properties across the street are privately owned. Please do not trespass, there is no direct lake access with this property

This place was really nice. Even better than the photos. We were two families (2 parents with 2 kids) staying so it was a great setup. The upstairs had two bedroom/ 2 bathroom with living room and then two bedroom/ one bath downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked for those looking to cook. We cooked many meals. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. The only one thing I would say I didn’t like was a long checkout list instructions and you had to be out by 10am. This is not uncommon for most Vrbo but I always find it a little annoying especially since everyone pays a cleaning fee. Any way, this how most rentals operate and something should be said. The location is beautiful and quiet. A perfect getaway!

This is the second time our family gathered here, 4 siblings and their spouses. The house is beautiful and fulfills our needs perfectly. Two of our family members have mobility issues so the elevator usage is vital. The house is very clean and the amenities include everything you need. Everything we needed for making meals was available in the large kitchen. We played numerous games around the dining table. Communication with the host is very easy. She is very attentive to our needs, quick to respond, and very kind. The house is close to restaurants if needed and hiking trails. We also enjoyed the Canandaigua Lady boat tour this year. And we like to make a quick trip to Naples to satisfy for cravings of grape pie. The view overlooking Canandaigua Lake is very relaxing.

This lake house was even better than expected after reading the great reviews. One of our family members is mobility impaired and we splurged on this gorgeous property with an elevator. The two porches with views of the lake were my favorite part. All of the little details from stuff for s’mores to plentiful supplies, and the hosts’ gracious welcome basket were exceptional. This property allowed for a true getaway and would highly recommend it!
