One of two dwellings on site, this Castor Bay holiday apartment includes comfortably appointed open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen - seamless outdoor flow ensures ideal holiday living... Fire up the BBQ and look out to sea, soak in the spa with views to Rangitoto, enjoy a dip in the pool, paddles around the Bay (lifejackets provided) or stroll the beachfront and the amazing Cliffside walking tracks! For any indoor days, a separate media room includes a pool table and table tennis table plus a 65" smart T.V. with SKY and a huge DVD library, making this the perfect year round getaway.
Each of the bedrooms at this modern Castor Bay accommodation is fitted with a queen bed plus a single bed, providing a great base for couples and families. A single fold out bed is also available in the separate media room should it be required. For your convenience, linen and towels are included - everything you require for a relaxed stay is on hand.

Although the property has a full perimeter fence, the spa and swimming pool can be accessed from doors from the house. Access to the pool should be restricted by closing and locking the doors (including top locks) unless a responsible adult is supervising swimmers.
