Strong Wi-Fi — I worked remotely with no issues. The room had hot water (though it can vary if many rooms use it), and we felt safe even though the balcony doesn’t lock.

The free parking was a big plus – spacious, secure, and always monitored. Only minor issue was a slight smell in the bathroom, but overall still a great experience. Would recommend!

Great location right in the city center – super convenient for getting around. I stayed in a lake-view apartment on the 4th floor with a direct view of West Lake. The room was bright, airy, and peaceful.
