Beautiful and spacious property with all the amenities a guest would need. Clean and well maintained building and pool. Spectacular views and great location! Yane was helpful and called us when we landed at the airport to ensure we knew how to get to the condo and met us there. Also helped us book excursions. Great service and I would book with Alila Holidays again.

There was an occasional sewer smell that would come up from the toilet area in the main bedroom ensuite bathroom. I don’t think the toilet is sealed properly. This smell was not in the second bathroom. The central AC also gets loud in the bedrooms when it turns on but it cools quickly so isn’t on for very long.

Facilities, pool, clean

A couple more outlets in the bedroom, the windows shake when the ac comes on.

A very large amount of space; a wonderful view of the bay and surrounding mountains from the balcony; very comfortable beds; a beautiful Olympic size pool on a large veranda overlooking the bay; very good appliances.

Lacked adequate chairs in very large living room-only place to sit was a large leather couch which is good for sleeping but not for sitting/reading; no direct lighting over guest bedroom beds made it difficult to read; kitchen only had one very large butcher knife - no other sharp cutting knife of any kind; asked concierge to supply additional knives which was not done; building is located on a very busy, dangerous main highway which you must cross w/o crosswalks or traffic light every time you walk into town; very little direct sunlight reaches large pool area during day, at least in late January.
