Situation idéale de l'appartement face à la plage et accés facile à toutes les commodités (boutique, supermarché, resto et cafés)
La propreté de l'appart à revoir. Des cafards dans la salle de bain. Il faut appliquer un traitement contre les cafards. Le bruit constant dés l'aube des machines qui nettoyent la plage et l'allée des promenades, en plus du bruit de la boutique mittoyenne.
