lovely food options, in-room service options are awesome.

breakfast buffet options are very limited on fresh fruit, cheese and cold meets - but perhaps these are no popular among their typical guests; there was no puri for halva puri- only halwa. Also, hotel staff keeps coming or calling the room at random throughout the day and even late at night with all kinds of silly questions; it's very annoying. the worst, when checking in, i was given a windowless room. In Lahore, Ramada's rates are at the top of the price range - and to receive a dingy windowless room for it is insulting.

-Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options and nicely presented.

-The most disappointing aspect of this hotel was the attitude of the staff. The reception staff and the restaurant manager behaved in a superior and unfriendly manner and were consistently unhelpful. The porters would remain in the room even after being thanked and would not leave until they received a tip, which felt very uncomfortable. -Be careful with the guards in the parking area. On the first day they tried to convince us that we could not visit the city without an escort and demanded 5,000 PKR for it. After asking for their supervisor and arguing for about 20 minutes, we were able to leave freely and experienced no issues at all in the city. Very unpleasant experience. -I had requested one of the nicer rooms in my category, but the room looked nothing like the photos online — it was old, worn, with yellowed walls and clearly in need of maintenance. -The swimming pool water was extremely cold and had visible accumulations of dirt.
