Steps to the Beach: Oceanfront Condo w/ Lanai!

Easy access for seniors. Great ocean views. Condo updated and clean and everything was in working order. Not overly cluttered with decor. Very restful.

There wasn't anything wrong and the weather was amazing. Getting to the grocery store in the high season may be an obstacle due to traffic off the island.

Location was amazing

I wish basic items were included like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags.

The location is what you pay for. You are right on the beach and it’s just beautiful.

The property is small lots of furniture crammed into one space. Not very comfortable furniture. It is not clean. There are a few things that need to be fixed. The pool is very small for that big complex. It is run down. The condo we stayed had a terrible odor very strong ammonia smell it was not good. We were down to one shower thought the other one would be ok to use it was not. It was just very dirty there. I had to clean a lot before we did anything in the kitchen there was sand on the counter tops the bedding smelled so bad the comforters I had to wash everything they smelled of feet it was terrible. It was run down. But we dealt with it because you are there for the beach. We drove very far to come here so that was just disappointing to have to deal with for a week. Definitely need a cleaning company to come in and give it a deep clean needs a fresh paint on everything and someone to help come in and help stage the place.
