Casa 77 Zante by Karras Hotels

I could not be happier with my stay with the Casa 77 by Karras Hotels. What a great hotel chain in Zante. There’s a beautiful resort just a few miles down the road and you should definitely check it out too. Karras Grande Resort! I stayed there and also loved it so much. The staff is phenomenal and super safe. Highly recommended!!

I liked that it was simple, had all the basics in the kitchette, good bathroom, mosquito screen for the balcony doors AND a big, comfortable bed! I also liked that it was clean and insect free!

I didn't like that my room wasn't ready on the day of my arrival, so I had to stay the first night in the big hotel, much further from Zante town. Then I waited more than half the day to get my originally booked accommodation. They did pay for the taxi to my accommodation at my request. I also didn't like the broken balcony furniture because it was ready to be disposed of and because it wasn't safe to sit on!

Several aspects: You really need a private transportation to go everywhere from the hotel. Water pressure was low in the shower and water temperature was not stable. But the worst thing was that you need to buy everything to wash the dishes if you want to use the kitchen: no soap for dishes, no sponge or hand-towel was provided, which means that every customer must buy a bottle of fairy, sponge and paper towels to use it for a couple of days: absolutely unsustainable and eco-unfriendly. For me this is a very important aspect to consider and that is why my review here is negative.
