La location à la nuitée. Location des 2 appartements en même temps (2 couples d'amis.
Les logements sentaient l'humidité, de même que le linge de maison. Les rideaux de douche étaient noirs en bas, les lavabos des salles de bain sont en réalité des lave-mains. De nombreuses toiles d'araignée (avec leurs occupantes). Pas de serpillière pour laver au départ. Pas de poubelles extérieures, il a fallu en réclamer une. Pas où peu d'insonorisation avec l'appartement du dessus malgré des voisins sympathiques.
