Umaja Villa

We stayed at this villa with our family for a month. The host arranged an airport transfer for us. The house was very clean, and everything we needed was provided—towels, a coffee machine, an oven, and a microwave, etc... This was important to us because we were traveling with a child. There were air conditioners in every room. Three times a week, Iluh came to clean the house—thank you so much for that!!! The pool is also cleaned several times a week. There are nearby restaurants for breakfast and lunch, so we only cooked dinner at home. The sea is quite far; with a child it took us about 40 minutes to walk there. But you can always take a taxi, which is quick and inexpensive. Thank you very much, Andrew, for the accommodation—see you next time!

Great little villa, in a gang close to all the action of Seminyak! Staff were so helpful and easy to communicate with.. they cooked us a lovely breakfast a few mornings a week and were available to answer all questions!

No sitting area by the pool and only one couch in the lounge area.

All facilities re complete. Location very good. Near to everywhere and quiet. Pool is good as well.

It was in a quiet area away from traffic noise. Free coffee and cold water supplied.

I am aware that many property owners are struggling at the moment but just a little bit of basic maintenance would have made the difference. All of the taps were loose on the sinks, the shower head was hanging off the wall, the patio doors would not lock properly, I know these might be trivial to some people but 1/2 as day with a screwdriver and a spanner was all that was required for me to give a better rating. Unfortunately their was a musty smell in the property too.
