Personnel compréhensif et disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. Espace de vie commune, convivial et bien équipé. Literie confortable.
Proposition de chambre non conforme à notre demande initiale (cabine lit double ou lieu d'une cabine lit jumeaux) Peu d'aération : trop chaud dans la cabine ( il faut laisser la porte entre-ouverte) et la salle commune (on ne peut ouvrir de fenêtre) , odeur dans les espaces toilettes/ douches, porte savon décroché du mur, serviettes de cuisine sales.

Friendly staff, nice common area.
Bedroom door didn’t shut properly, leaking noise and light into the room. Also there was some noise from the plumbing. The bed was short and also had a wall on both ends (so I could not hang my feet off the end). The shower doors were rotting due to poor design.
