Great stay with minor negatives

We have stayed here before and like the location. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great.

There were no luggage carts available to take our things up to the fifth floor. We had to make at least four trips. We were here two nights with our 2 kids. AC didn't seem to kick in fast enough. It took over an hour to go down 1 degree.

Room was never cleaned for a 3 night stay. Stickers on the bathroom mirrors state the room will be cleaned every two days. Had people in the room do very disappointing.

Stay was pleasant and quiet. The location, located next to a major highway was quiet and pleasant.

Although breakfast for the Homewood Suites customers had excellent service it lacked the basic breakfast meats that was available for the Hampton Inn customers.

The personnel who cleaned rooms were friendly and courteous and provided items that were requested, however, certain items were not provided (forgotten) such as hand soap for the kitchen and bathroom areas and the hair conditioner container was empty. Staff would need to be better trained to evaluate items in room prior to customers checking in.

The design of sofa bed is not good for folding and unfolding. Remember to consider $12 parking fee per day.

Great and beautiful hotel

The entire hotel was nice, clean, and modern. Lots of safe parking (for additional $12 a night). Very easy to navigate through the entire hotel. Nice pool. Breakfast was delicious. The room was extremely nice, it had a large kitchen with a fridge, an office desk, king bed incredibly comfy and the bathroom was very clean and modern.

The pullout sofa bed was a bit springy but otherwise this was a perfect stay!

honestly an easy place to stay for families, just upset I ended up taking a huge loss trusting the hotel just because of

unfortunately both me and another guest got our stuff stolen right inside our hotel room and staff couldn’t help at all.

everything was great until my necklace went missing after housekeeping as well as our door acting weird and having to change our card key multiple times only to find out someone stole my $5k necklace. my fault for trusting I could leave it but what sucks even more is no one could help and they kept insisting it could’ve been misplaced or my kids may have touched it instead. on top of that, another guest also got their luggages stolen during the time of our stay as well so obviously something is up

Served it’s purpose but staff suck.

room was clean and nice, clearly new, and bed was comfortable. Easy to get to.

Staff was rude and made things very difficult at check in. even so far as to tell me that Wi-Fi was only for guests when I had all my reservation confirmation information for them but needed to log into booking.com to change the account name to match mine instead of my husband’s. Seriously? So rude and put me through a lot of unnecessary hoops to check in. also they don’t keep staff to bring things to your room like extra toilet paper or blankets. They make you walk down to the front desk. We don’t have kids but if we did that would be very annoying having to drag kids down with me so I’m not leaving them alone in the room.

breakfast is almost repetitive with few changes daily

the beacon is very thin, scrambled egg is repeated, all hot drinks are worm and not hot.
