Nothing - only bear in mind that trains and cars are audible (but it is normal due to location). Host provides ear plugs, and I don't think the noise is a problem.

A great place to see if you want to be close to Miyajima Island. The home is spacious, clean and offers all the amenities we needed. The bathroom is especially big. Around 10minutes walk to Miyajimaguchi JR Station and the ferry terminal.
The walk to the station/ferry terminal requires crossing some train tracks and it is very dark at night as there are no street lights. The noise and shakiness from the trains made it difficult to sleep. The host provided some earplugs but it wasn't much help. There are also very little restaurants nearby and none are open late.

Location and the room facility were very good.
The pot and the frying pan need to be replaced. The supermarket was a bit too far to walk because we had to go uphill to get there. If the road were flat, getting there would be much easier.

The apartment was new, spacious and clean. 10 min walk to the ferry to Miyajima
It was closed to the railway and road with a balkony with views to the rails and building in front. Every 5-10 min a noisy train passed close to the apartment. The was no reception and digital checking was complicated with tablets with no English version
