Overpriced, run-down chain hotel with disgusting shower

The bed itself was cosy and comfortable and the front restaurant had lots of amenable seating …

… which ended up being the downfall of the stay. Originally I booked a room with a balcony. In the picture on Booking, it was overlooking the front garden. When we got to our room, it was overlooking the parking lot. When I inquired about the divergence at the front desk, the young woman told me that the pictures on Booking don’t necessarily represent the room we would get, to which I replied “that’s misleading”. She then gave us a room without a balcony, immediately above the restaurant. I asked how late the restaurant served, she said 10. There were guests reveling until after 12 both nights and then people setting up breakfast around 6 am. No rest to be found. The worst though? The bathroom. It was so filthy! When I showed pictures and asked what could, the cleaning crew came by with so much bleach, that it smelled like a swimming pool for the rest of the day. Totally overpriced. Also: breakfast was subpar and the dining room was filthy and full of breadcrumbs. My sandals stuck to the floor as I walked through. Look for someplace else, people.

Nice but nothing special

Nice Hotel with a very nice interior and design. Bed was comfortable and the Location Good with a 15-20 Minutes walk to the Beach. Staff was polite

SPA not included in room rate which was not communicated very well. Extras like dinner, wellness etc quiet expensive. The hotel room was not that quiet.. we could hear guests in the neighbor rooms and people outside in the hallway. Breakfast was okay but no highlight.

Nice place bad restaurant.

Location of the hotel with nice walk to the beach is great plus. Fact that you have own nespresso cups coffee machine in the room is nice. Bit tricky to use at first, but good coffee. Breakfast is fine.

I booked room with two beds. Got double bed. Went to reception asked again. Got again double bed. Hm. Please do not expect anything like good food from this, not sure if I should call it restaurant. More like heat up place. And there is still not too much heat. Hamburgers are delivered half cold. Other food has dubious combination of saus and pasta. In this time of year (winter ) many other places are closed. Shortly, for the price and the way of service you would expect much much more, please don't. No fridge or minibar in a room.

Good breakfast, both warm and cold options. There’s room service (although you have to pay €5 extra for it, have never seen that before). Soundproofing of the rooms is pretty good. There is a large free parking.

Just about everything else was not great at all. First and foremost, it is NOT CLEAN. It seems that the cleaning crew cleans in the dark: there’s sand on the floor and on the furniture, there are sticky and gross stains almost on all horizontal surfaces, the bathroom is just DIRTY. The water drain in the shower is fully clogged and you can hardly shower for longer than 30 sec at a time until the water has gone down the drain more or less. There are stains (I don’t want to know from what) literally everywhere in the bathroom. The daily cleaning/making up of the rooms is limited to changing towels, it seems. Even then, they didn’t replace all the towels and some were missing. Does anyone ever vacuum these rooms? Even the bed was made wrongly with the sheet completely coming off the top and tucked all the extra way in one side. Hopeless. The staff is generally moody and not very friendly. Don’t think I’ll ever stay at this chain’s hotels again.

Great hotel, great location, if we return this area again we would stay here again for sure!

The hotel was great and the onsite spa was nice. The staff was good and helpful. At night the outdoor area was beautiful! Parking was great and access to local areas was perfect! We also loved the breakfast!

The one significant complaint we had was the lunch/dinner menu. The menu itself was ok, but the overall quality of the food was actually poor. We found much better quality in town for a much better price. The price wasn't such an issue if the quality would have been better. For a hotel that was as nice as this was and at this price point I would have expected better food.
