Location is really nice. Big apartment with 2 rooms, easily you can fit 6 to 8 persons. Good appliances and amenities.

Stairs outside need maintenance and were really slippery, also, if you are travelling with luggage, you have to carry everything thru the stairs. Some utilities inside the house need smaller repairs. Pillows are not comfy. Apartment was not ready @4PM, we arrive just in time, and they were still cleaning the apartment.

Sofa was not supportive, need a new one. Otherwise, very good condo.

Before arrival and upon arrival I made several calls to effortless to find out how to find our location. No representative could tell us how to find it. Even though the address was 980 vail view drive, the entrance was on red sandstone. It was only by luck that I tried red sandstone and happened to see 980 on the garbage building 100 feet setback from the road. The upstairs toilet leaked from the base, so we used the downstairs toilet most of the trip. 2 light bulbs were out in the kitchen. The outdoor steps were icy and untreated. Had to be very careful climbing the steps. The vehicle registration process was cumbersome requiring that we supply the vin number. Isn't the make, model and license plate sufficient? Didn't use the shuttle, no direct bus to lionshead circle, drove and parked in lionshead garage instead.
